  • Without Service Agreement +

    If you decide not to opt for a tailored service plan, we can still help. We provide materials and labor on a needs basis, only charging you for the technical support and repairs you actually incurred. Simply call our support team during business hours, register your issue and we’ll assign a qualified technician to resolve your maintenance or repair concern. If we can’t provide a speedy resolution, we’ll even arrange for rental equipment so you don’t have to scramble for a back-up.

  • Technician Visits +

    For businesses that are operating under tight time constraints that might face a system failure or need emergency maintenance. Our on-site service agreement will have highly qualified technicians rushing to your door on a priority basis; this expert labor is provided at special discount rates. If equipment isn’t operational by the time we’re done, then temporary replacements will be arranged, so you don’t have deal with the hassle. As an added feature our service staff will also be available to customers after business hours for special circumstances that require immediate attention.

  • Mail-In +

    If you’re on the outskirts of the city, or you’re running a small to mid-sized business, then cost and flexibility might be greater concerns than time sensitivity. For those customers, we’ve provided a depot repair option, simply send your faulty equipment to our facility that’s closest in proximity to your city and we’ll take care of any necessary repairs. We’ll do our utmost to have your item in perfect working order within 5 working days, and special next day delivery can be facilitated for customers.

  • Off-Site Support +

    Whether it’s through guided assistance provided on call, or via remote system access tools our remote technical personnel can provide the necessary service to ensure your systems are functioning optimally. Assistance provided includes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, error monitoring, system tweaks and upgrades as well as answering any queries or dealing with specific concerns you’re facing. We don’t have to be in your city to provide you the benefits of in-person support.

  • Consult & Train +

    Sometimes a business needs more support than just repairs and maintenance. To make full use of the software suites and management tools we provide we offer additional consultations.

    Our staff can generate reporting on your business’s operations, identifying limitations, resource requirements and inefficiencies as they proceed.
